These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeadX (the "Service"), operated by Cyberframe Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
LeadX is a subscription-based, cloud lead-management CRM that helps teams capture leads, manage follow-ups and communicate with customers across channels. Features available to you depend on your chosen plan.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your team members' use of the Service.
- You must be authorised to bind your organisation to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: sending unlawful, unsolicited or spam messages; violating the rules of connected platforms (WhatsApp, Meta, Google, email providers); infringing others' rights; attempting to breach security; or reselling the Service without our written consent. You are responsible for obtaining consent from the contacts you store and message, and for complying with applicable communication and data-protection laws.
4. Subscriptions, billing & taxes
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle, in Indian Rupees (INR), via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
- Applicable GST is added to the plan price at checkout. A tax invoice is issued for each payment.
- Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the same cycle until cancelled.
- Cancellation, upgrades, downgrades and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Customer content & ownership
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. We own the Service, software and all related intellectual property. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party integrations
The Service can connect to third-party platforms. Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export Customer Content before closure as described in the app.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
